So how does it work in practice? All trade-ins from the Irish manufacturer Keenan are currently stored at our Allonnes site (49). It’s here, in our workshops, that the magic happens: used or worn-out models are fully refurbished and given a new lease on life, ready for a second life.

Behind the scenes of reconditioning: A meticulously planned process
To guarantee impeccable quality and demonstrate our technical expertise, each machine undergoes intensive care, managed from start to finish within our own facilities:
Diagnosis: A thorough initial inspection to analyze the machine’s condition.
Stroke and teardown: Cleaning, complete disassembly, and a precise list of parts to be replaced.
Structure and technology: Electrical and hydraulic retrofitting, and welding work if necessary.
The Metamorphosis: First, it goes through our sandblasting booth, then a paint booth to ensure optimal resistance to the ravages of time and agricultural work.
The Rebirth: Complete reassembly and final testing.
