Charles and Benjamin have just returned from their first mission to the African continent.
The objective? To assist local teams with the maintenance and recommissioning of a fleet of tractors. A significant challenge in extreme conditions where access to spare parts and technical training is extremely difficult.
What did Charles take away from the experience?
A powerful human and professional experience that perfectly encapsulates AAZ’s DNA: “When resources are lacking, ingenuity kicks in. They must constantly find solutions, adapt to existing resources, and imagine from a simple piece of cardboard to create the final result.” That’s exactly it: transforming problems into solutions!
The practical approach:
The goal is not just to repair, but to provide long-term support through technical training to develop teams’ skills, step by step.
Generosity and collaboration:
A collective adventure where we give as much as we receive.
Charles Heartles’s Love Story: “Above all, a human experience, a kind of ‘Peking Express’ for maintenance technicians! It goes straight to number one. And as a little anecdote, I now know what it’s like to fetch water from the well with a bucket to shower with a pitcher… And I loved it!”
Benjamin: “What an incredible experience! Those are the first words that come to mind when I think about it. I went through a whole range of emotions (fear, sadness, but also joy, fascination, and more). But above all, this experience made me realize how lucky and comfortable we are in France.”
At AAZ, you have to be able to improvise and adapt, a bit like explorers, sometimes venturing off the beaten path ;-) Customer service has been in AAZ’s DNA for over 16 years, for all brands and all destinations, with that blend of high standards and collaboration that the service industry offers.
